For Heliotrope and Apollo digital models, prices will vary, but will usually start at $35 if the problem is found to be in the area that deals with the digital display.
For the IE C-100 & C-120 models, if the problem is in the logic or display sections, the repair will usually start at $35 - $40. If the microprocessor turns out to be bad (usually due to lightning damage), the unit cannot be repaired since these parts are no longer available.
For the Novan and Webb Systemizer III models, you need not send the power supply box unless you suspect it may also be defective.
We cannot repair HI Square, Hawthorne, Dan-Mar, and Robertshaw controllers and those controllers that use thermocouples for the temperature sensors. Call or email us for information on others.
Nominal turn around time is usually two to three business days, depending upon how busy we are. We will ship the controller(s) back via either UPS or the USPS. They will be insured only if you sent them to us insured.
The warranty on our work is for 90 days. If a problem arises due to lightning damage or other abuse such as water damage or corrosion, it will not be covered under our warranty.
The above repair charges do not include return shipping.
When you send a controller for repair, we will diagnose and/or repair the problem and let you know if the cost is different from those shown above. When payment for the repair, plus postage, has been received (check or money order), the controller will be shipped back to you. Repaired controllers not paid for within 45 days will be considered abandoned and will be put up for sale.
